About

More about this site, and who is involved, relating to all things agile and scrum.

This site is the result of many years leading large scale and complex solutions. I've found that in back in South Africa and in New Zealand where I now live, teams struggle with waterfall vs. agile, and in some instances realise poor results due to values, principles and practices being missed; these values, principles and practices can help set up the conventions to kick start high performing teams in their planning, requirements, development, testing and delivery, from tiny MVP to large scale and complex work programmes.

Based in Wellington, New Zealand, I've decided that writing articles on the aspects of agile I consider important allows me to teach others and grow in my own right. Continuous Learning to support Lean Enterprises is my mission for this site.

So, I've started this site, methodolagile™ articles, series, blog and content to reignite my own passions for agile and as the means to put that knowledge out for new agile teams, struggling agile teams or enterprises struggling to adopt agile to consider.
